In the complicated situation of COVID-19 pandemic spreading globally, like many other businesses, we are experiencing difficulty in the shipping process. Despite the highly-increased shipping cost and the efforts we made to work closely with partner postal operators to move items as quickly as possible, delays are inevitable due to the restricted traffic and stricter Customs checking process. Standard shipping time may be longer than usual, around 21 – 25 business days for the US and 25 – 30 business days for the others at the latest. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and plead for your sympathy and patience for this.  

In the meanwhile, for the best service, we still offer faster shipping methods that suit your demands. You can pick those options if you wish to receive your package earlier. Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, We serve tens of thousands of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International express delivery usually takes more than 7 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing leave the warehouse, items usually take more than 10 days to reach their destination, maybe longer, but we will be in your hands.
  • China-US line{Freight:10~25$}, European line{Freight:15~20$} and so on
  • Due to the international environment, Canada's express delivery time may be delayed by 6-10 days.

    Return Policy

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and the item is defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item, damaged or faulty).

    Return with Full Refund Eligibility does not include cases which are NOT of  perfectsowig.com Store error, such as;

    • BUYER MISTAKE on purchasing item color, description or quantity, or any other Buyer error. 
    • Items past the 30-day warranty period (since delivery).


      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via perfectsowig@wiggirls.com  for more information.

       

      Please be informed that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

      Cancel order

      You can only cancel your order in the date of purchase. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
